Shipping policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, someone from our team will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, with no response your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP via email ONLY with full name and order number and the corrections that need to be made. We will do our very best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information entered at the time of checkout.
All Shipping fees are non-refundable.If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with UPS or USPS. You can contact customer support for more information, they will assist you in filing the proper claim. ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED.
ASANI APPAREL assumes no liability for any packages that are deemed missing or stolen.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 3~5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order is placed ! Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order before shipping. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact UPS or USPS. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
